We know that times can be tough, so we don't want you to spend ANY money until we're both sure that our services are right for you. So, on us, a 45 minute consultation, beginning with a 30 minute presentation of what we do and then a Q&A session with you to cover any pre-sales questions you may have. Absolutely no obligation to buy any service and you'll walk away with more knowledge about Google searches and ranking which will help you in the future.

For those starting out...

We offer a beginners / startup package for those who are looking to get a web site built or have a web site but it's out-of-date and needs a revamp. If you already have hosting we can work with your existing account, if you need hosting, we can arrange for that as well. Our starter kit contains everything you need to get off the ground running.

Our pricing structure is designed around offering you the least expensive option and then layering your needs on top - that way everyone just pays for the services they need and they're not forced into any package with a bunch of options they'll rarely use (this isn't cable tv).

For our larger clients looking for a fixed fee per month...

We offer a year-long consultancy program. Under this program, you receive up to 8 hours per week of our consultancy time and we can always put in extra hours at the start of the project to get things moving swiftly. The minimum contract length is 1 year.

Initial Review

This is a mandatory first step. We conduct a thorough review of your web site as it stands today. Everything from the readability of your pages to the speed at which your page loads on mobile devices. The idea is to know where we're starting from so we can track progress for the future. Once we've conducted the review, we'll compile a report and arrange a Zoom meeting to discuss our findings.

Monthly Reports

Each month we compile a report for you - it shows how you're ranking on various keywords. We review where your web site visitors are coming from, what they're doing on your site and we identify the next steps that need to be implemented to help you move forward and get your site noticed. As part of this we arrange a 30 min Zoom session with you each month to review our findings and proposed steps, this is also a Q&A session.

Some of our clients can make these changes themselves, others have already engaged a web firm for web changes. If you do not have either of these options, we can make the necessery changes for you, each item will be costed separately so you know how long each item will take and the fee for the changes, this of course is totally optional. You're free to choose whatever service will be most cost effective in getting the work done.

Consultation

We are available to be consulted on matters related to your web site. For examples, if you would like us to review and/or rewrite your page content, conduct additional analysis on your site, help with WordPress etc.

Infographics

Infographics are data expressed as visual information. Infographics have proven very popular in holding your web site visitors interest. We're happy to use a variety of tools to create an inforgraphic for you - all you have to do is supply us with the raw data and we do the rest.
